Say Hello! :
Jacob Pesci is a practicing photographer, artist, and educator. Heavily influenced by his experiences with isolation, violence, love, and connection, as well as his time as a combat medic in the US Navy; Jacob's studio practice focuses on themes surrounding the human condition and personal connections. Through the mediums of film photography, print, and bookmaking, his work aims to visualize memories and emotions to understand the nature of identity both personally and collectively; while finding healing and awareness, of the body, the spirit, and the world we inhabit.
Working with young people as an arts educator, he finds his skills and passion intersect in the classroom, inspiring and collaborating with future generations to guide loving, creative, and confident humans.
Fighting for truth and justice, equality and inclusion; his work focuses on developing social and emotional intelligence through creative exploration to impact the world for the better and create opportunity, freedom, and prosperity for all.
